1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Chicken Road Adventure! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chicken Road Adventure mobile game application ("Game"), including any updates, additional content, and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

2. Game License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use on compatible devices that you own or control. This license does not allow you to use the Game on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the Game available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

3. User Accounts

Some features of Chicken Road Adventure may require you to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information to keep it accurate and current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.

4. In-Game Purchases and Virtual Currency

Chicken Road Adventure offers optional in-game purchases that allow you to acquire virtual items and enhance your gaming experience. These purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Virtual currency and items purchased or earned in the Game have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money, exchanged, or transferred to other users. We reserve the right to control, regulate, change, or remove any virtual currency or items at any time without any liability to you.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use Chicken Road Adventure to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
  • Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Game
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Game
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Game or any systems or networks connected to the Game
  • Use the Game to transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious code
  • Cheat or use unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the Game

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Game, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, sell, or exploit any portion of the Game without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

The Game may allow you to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available content, such as profile information, comments, or feedback ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User Content, but by submitting User Content to the Game, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit your User Content in any manner.

8. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use the Game. By using the Game, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE GAME IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE GAME; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; OR (C) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE GAME.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website or within the Game. Your continued use of the Game after the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
